Recipes, How to use coffee skins?

 THE COFFEE SKIN IS EVERYDAY MORE USED AROUND THE WORLD. 




INCLUDING HEALTHY SHOPS, COFFEE SHOPS, AND IS CACHING UP IN MOST COFFEE COUNTRIES ALREADY. BUT STILL, IS ABOUT LESS THAN 1% BEING USED. SADLY THE LACK OF MARKET FOR THESE PRODUCTS KEEPS FARMERS NOT INTERESTED IN STOPPING THE WATER USE IN THE COFFEE PROCESS SO THEY CAN GET TO USE THIS PRODUCT. 


A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT TASTE LIKE COFFEE. 
BUT IT IS STILL 100% COFFEE. 
IT NATURALLY CONTAINS POTASSIUM, CALCIUM, AND VITAMINS & of course Caffeine

Sun dry coffee skin for tea:


HOW TO PREPARE IT:

 A TABLE SPOON PER HOT CUP OF WATER, 90 CELCIUS X 10 MINUTES INMERTION. 
OR COLD BREW: AN INMERTION OVER NIGHT: 15 HOURS TO 24 HOURS IN THE FRIDGE, USING 30 GRAMS OF IT PER LITER OF WATER.

Other uses: as flour, as dehydrated fruits in breads or energy bars. 

Use it in your: pancakes, dry cakes, breads, energy bars, mermalades, etc. Be creative, this is a potential product that goes with your imagination. 

Some recipes: 

Energy bars / hard cookies
 The result was amazing. 

*2 cups of cascara
*2 cups of water
Cook them together in low heat for 30 min
Let cool and blend.
*2 square bananas or plantains. (ripen) 
*1 teaspoon of sinamon 
*1 teaspoon of Lemmon peel.
*2 cups of graded coconut.
*1 cup of afrecho. ( you can substitute it with any kind of flour or oats) 
Mix all together and bake it until it is dry. (To long becomes really hard) but still very good)

Barra Energética engalletada

2 tazas de agua
2 tazas de cascara de café deshidratada

Hervir por 10 minutos
Agregar:

2 huevos enteros
1 cucharada de jengibre fresco rallado
1 cucharada de curcuma fresca rallada
1 taza de dulce de caña molido

Licual todo hasta formar una pasta
Agregar:

1 taza de ralladura de coco.
1 taza de avena entera
1 Barra de margarina
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
1/2 cucharadita de sal

1 taza de: almendras enteras, o partidas
O una taza de chocochips.

Poner pelotitas en un molde y hornear por _en proceso. Ya casi actualizamos

O esparcir y untar un poquito de mermelada en la parte superior
