don't use our town name because can take you to other town(Altos de Naranjo) 250 mts sur de la escuela Nueva de los Altos, San Isidro, Atenas, Alajuela, Costa Rica

Direction of our place!!
From atenas, get on the road towards this towns: Palmares, B Fatima, B Mercedes, San Isidro, Los Altos, so if you are in town and is able to get on this road you just go on main road for about 7 kilometers, this also means you don't follow palmares signs, just the first one in Atenas downtown, then you follow B Mercedes, then San Isidro, then Los Altos.
From town first turn is a right to get off road 3d, then straight about 4 kilometer when you find a bar at your right called "la fortuna", at thins point you go right again, start coming down, cross two bridges and start going up, around one mile you go right again, and one more mile you'll be here!

Coffee berry wine

Coffee cherry wine. Or coffee fruit wine is been something people have tried before. But it has not been able to happen. The reasons behind the failed of trying that has been the ability to collect the fruit pulp from the coffee beans! This year 2016 we tried our first batch of it. How did we do it. We first got to stop the water use to rinse it away. Then with a coffee been press we were able to remove the coffee fruit pulp from the coffee beans. Resulta: 5000 litters of pulp a year. We haven't made it all. But this year we have tried 40 different recepies. A Total of about 200 gallons. As we are not wine makers, we've been learning. So like half of that was thrown away. But 100 gallons of different types of wines is a huge good result for this first try! We have been trying new things and learning from books, internet, people.
